I just completed a hail damage claim from last spring. I had a particular out of town Subaru collision center I wanted to use. However, the State Farm claims department stated my choice was not an approved collision center. Pam Martin felt this was incorrect information. Pam went to work on it and shortly thereafter she called and said it was all taken care of. My selected center was in fact a preferred collision center and they were waiting to receive my vehicle.
